Enjoy our preservative-free cakes on the day of purchase for the best taste, but you can plan ahead by storing cakes at room temperature or in the fridge a day early. Let cakes warm up before eating, especially larger ones.
Cupcakes are good for a day in the box or an extra day in a container.
Tray bakes will keep in an airtight container for 1 week.
We don't recommend freezing our cakes to keep things fresh.
