THE STORY OF BUNS & CRUMBS

Welcome to Buns & Crumbs, an award-winning artisan bakery on Beith Main Street!  

 

Founded by Erika, a passionate baker with Italian roots, our bakery is built on a love for sourdough, viennoiserie, and bespoke cakes. Erika’s journey began in restaurant kitchens, rising from pastry chef to head chef, before turning her lockdown side business into a full-time bakery in 2021.

Our dedication to craft has earned us gold and first place at Cake International, silver at Bake International, bronze at the British Sugar Craft Guild Caledonia Competition, and a finalist nomination at the D’LICIOUS MAGAZINE DMA’s for "Beginner Sugar Art of the Year" in 2023.

Here, you’ll find handcrafted sourdough, buttery viennoiserie, indulgent tray bakes, and more, all made with passion and the finest ingredients.
